Transparent prices for your holiday in Italy

Dear future guests,
Tired of calculating more on vacation than your tax consultant does in April? Then you've come to the Borgo Vecchio is the right place for you! Our vacation apartments in the Marche offer you transparent, fair and sustainably calculated prices for an unforgettable vacation in Italy vacation.
What you get with us - fully equipped apartments

Our apartment prices are already calculated for the maximum number of guests. This means that whether you're snuggling up as a couple or bringing the whole family - the price remains the same. No small print, no nasty surprises at check-out, no calculator needed. That's a promise!

Included in the price - your complete vacation happiness:

  • Fully furnished holiday apartments with a fully equipped kitchen
  • Free Wi-Fi in all apartments and throughout the entire property
  • Smart TVs
  • Air conditioning to keep you cool and comfortable
  • Bed linen, plus shower, hand, and bidet towels
  • Kitchen and table linen
  • Pool and hot tub for you to enjoy
  • Quiet and relaxation areas throughout our spacious property
  • BBQ area with portable grills for fun evenings together
  • And much more...

Additional costs - Only the final cleaning

Only the final cleaning is charged separately – because we clean so thoroughly after you leave that even your grandma would be satisfied. And that's no easy task, as you know!

Holidays with your dog – Four-legged friends warmly welcome

Dogs are very welcome here! For just 6€ per day, your loyal companion can enjoy the Dolce Vita in Le Marche with you. Our dog-friendly holiday apartments offer your four-legged friend plenty of space to run around and freedom. We love dogs almost as much as good food – and that's saying something!

Security Deposit – Fair and Transparent

Yes, we do require a security deposit of 200€ per apartment. But don't worry – it's not a sneaky trap! You'll get your money back on departure day, provided you haven't tried to take the pool home with you or packed the air conditioning as a souvenir. 😉
